Please be advised that in order to assure you start at your registered wave time, you need to arrive at least 1 hour BEFORE it begins. That will give your Organizations ample amount of time to park, register, check-in gear, stretch, check out the Hunt, and festival grounds. If you are known to always be late, plan to arrive 2 hours early. You are more than welcome to hang out, get some food and drinks before your wave starts.

On event day, be prepared to line up at least 15 minutes before your wave run. Waves will close 10 minutes after they begin. You must run in the wave time you registered for.

More the merrier! It's better and more fun when you travel in groups. Get your organizations ready and arrive together as a carpool. Come in style and represent your Campaigns! Parking is $5 per vehicle at the booth. Cash ONLY. Parking is first come first serve in designated parking lots throughout the park.

There will be a Gear Check-In station so you can store any personal items securely without worrying about them during your run. Backpacks, purses, knapsacks, duffle bags, and fanny packs are all ok. No loose items will be accepted. If you can't leave stuff in your car, please have your items in a bag of some sort in order for it to be checked in.

Represent your Campaigns! You are more than welcome to dress up in your most eccentric clothing and costumes of all sorts. Be creative and original and stand out from the other Organizations! Or if you just want to wear your normal work out and running gear is fine too. Just remember to wear comfortable sneakers as this is an adventure run.

Here are a few tips and reminders:

  • Short shorts, gorilla suits, bikinis, and tutus
  • Lord of the Rings costume, 3-piece suit, and compression shorts

  • It's all up to you. Be creative and original
